Oscar has been a practicing attorney in Macau since 2013 and was also the first Macau lawyer to practice in Zhongshan. He focuses on civil, commercial, and contractual economic disputes, possessing extensive practical legal experience. He provides professional legal services in areas such as business negotiations, acquisitions, and mergers, including contract drafting, advisory services, and litigation support, helping clients effectively resolve various commercial disputes.

He is familiar with various litigation procedures and provides high-quality legal support in mediation and litigation for construction disputes. He has served as a legal advisor in Macau for several domestic Top 500 enterprises and state-owned enterprises, providing legal opinions and guidance. He also excels in intellectual property, handling patent and trademark registrations in Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau for numerous domestic and international brands. His experience in cross-border land acquisition negotiations facilitates consensus and successful transactions.

Oscar has taught commercial law courses at two universities in Macau.
