Elsa has been a practicing attorney in Macau since 2014 with over ten years of legal experience and is also a lawyer in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. She holds a master’s degree.  She handles various civil, commercial, administrative, and criminal cases, including civil disputes, debt recovery, inheritance, divorce, property division, and child custody proceedings. She specializes in SME commercial business, debt enforcement/recovery, divorce, and child custody. She has also handled administrative complaints against Macau government departments and subsequent judicial appeals. Beyond litigation, she regularly handles association formations, property notarial deeds, IP registrations, company formations, share transfers, and related matters. She has handled litigation for a major Macau real estate developer, large-scale construction litigation, major company listings, and large corporate acquisitions. She serves as a legal advisor to several companies and was an independent non-executive director of a listed company.  

She participated in the organization and writing of the “One Question, Two Answers” Zhuhai-Macau Legal Guidebook and participated in legal education videos. She has lectured at the Hengqin Talent Academy.
