Being a practicing lawyer in Macau, Dr. Un is mainly engaged in the legal work of civil and commercial matters as well as contractual and economic disputes.

Dr. Un is familiar with civil and commercial practices and litigation, and his main professional experience includes business negotiations, acquisitions, mergers and other legal services, litigation, IPO, cross-border land acquisition, cooperation and negotiations, as well as contract drafting.

He is legal consultant of shareholders of Chinese top 500 corporate and legal counsel for state-owned enterprises in Macao, having involved in engineering dispute mediation and litigation. He has also assisted local and foreign famous manufacturer brands on patents and trademarks registration in Mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau. In legal education, he taught commercial law courses at two universities in Macau.
