Andy has been a practicing attorney in Macau since 2015 with over ten years of legal experience and is also a lawyer in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. Andy focuses on court litigation, particularly criminal and civil cases, having handled over a thousand cases. In criminal and appellate proceedings, he has handled various types of defense cases involving serious crimes such as organized crime, money laundering, drug trafficking, and fraud, as well as civil claims for compensation filed on behalf of victims of traffic accidents; Civil cases include usucapion (adverse possession), divorce, inheritance, debt recovery, judicial sale, family law disputes, and appeals. He has also handled administrative complaints against Macau government departments and subsequent judicial appeals. In commercial matters, he regularly handles company formations, equity transfers, reviews, customizes commercial contracts, and provides feasible legal opinions. He has also lectured at various legal seminars and taught commercial and legal practice courses.
