Cecilia has been a practicing attorney in Macau since 2013 and is also a lawyer in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. She holds a master’s  degree. She has handled nearly a thousand cases across various types of civil, commercial, administrative, and criminal matters. Case types include highly contested criminal litigation, inheritance, divorce, various intellectual property registrations, contractual disputes, enforcement proceedings, and recognition of foreign judgments. She has also handled arbitration proceedings for contract disputes.

She specializes in drafting various contracts, including but not limited to labor contracts, commercial contracts, and cooperation agreements. She provides legal opinions and comprehensive legal services to various commercial and industrial organizations, including companies and financial institutions, covering company formation, registration, company secretarial services, corporate restructuring, bylaw amendments, personal data protection, and pre-IPO arrangements. She also issues legal opinions for cross-border commercial collaborations.

Since 2015, Cecilia has taught various legal courses, including “Basic Labor Relations Law” and “Basic Contract Law.” In 2025, she became a guest lecturer at the Macau Institute of Management. She currently serves as a permanent legal advisor to public utilities and schools.
